Oh my... if I could have given this place zero stars I would. We went to cafe Roma last night for dinner and everything from start to finish was just awful. The waiter took our drink orders and when they arrived, one of them was completely wrong (white wine instead of red)and the “margarita” tasted like juice. I asked the manager if he could please take the margarita off our bill and his response was “yes I’m not surprised it’s premade”. When our food finally arrived, my salad had dirt in it, another dish (chicken and waffles) had soggy waffles and chewy chicken that was unable to be cut. Every other meal was extremely low quality. We should’ve known walking in as it was 5:30 and only two tables were seated with no wait time. It is clear that dinner is not a forte for this restaurant. I asked 2 different people to please speak to the manager. When the manager finally arrived we explained the problem, he offered to bring out new dishes and we declined. There was no apology and he left the food on the table until we were ready to leave. I would say find something better! Not worth the money... even if it were free I’d never eat there again.
