I usually like TK's. My last visit was awful. We went to a show at Hard Rock and it was over close to 11pm. Afterwards, I met up with the rest of my family who was seated at the bar top because they just wanted drinks and appetizers. No one let us know they closed at 12am. But they definitely treated us like we were imposing on their closing duties. There were other people still in the restaurant as well. So I'm not sure why the workers were so inattentive.
We had to make the bartender stop for things we wanted. Our app came out with no sauce that we had asked for. We ask bartender- she never brings us any. So one of us got up and had to go find someone to get us sauce. I waited FIVE minutes in a front seat at the bar- with an empty cup- she walked by several times. I finally asked her to just take the drink off my tab since I couldn't get a refill. She then said, "oh I'll get you a refill." No!, just take it off my tab. She was ridiculous. I've never had TWO bartenders not care as much as those two. But especially the one who was supposed to be helping us.
If an establishment is going to stay open late-the employees should act like they cared for their customers as much as they would their very first customers.
