I thought the security female staff was very rude, because although we had made reservations 3 days earlier, and been told that if we come in after 6 go ahead and go to our space, number 31, and check-in in the the morning. So being a little after 6, we did what we were told. The female security officer informed us that the office was still opened, so gave us a ride. Upon arriving at the office, office personnel remarked "sure, we've been working for 10 hours already, so what's another 10 minutes!?" This all made us feel very unwelcomed. We had camped there previously three or four times and never had this problem before. So this time they're only getting 3 stars out of me
