bed bugs and other little guys crawling around in my room and the halls of the hotel!! I killed the first bedbug I seen after freaking out and called an attendant. The second night when I seen another, I called management but it crawled away by the time management came in. You can take pics and/or video but call management for them to come see it with their own two eyes. Trap the bug if you can. Otherwise, they will deny there was anything present in the room. They will suggest having an inspection, it will come back negative. And you will NOT be compensated for your lack of sleep, anxiety and stress, bug bites, and/or displacement. I was placed in two other rooms after 1am of my checkout day. The first room had a broken door that would not close. The second room had cracks in the walls and a squeaky bed. According to the hotel that was enough compensation.
This hotel is historical. That is all. Don't waste your time here as you can get nice views from other hotels on the boardwalk. I give thanks everyone hasn't had the horrible experience I had, but it is totally not worth the money unless you can stay for less than $100 a night. Spend more and stay somewhere else more accommodating and honest! Don't believe me, check the other bad reviews. You will see similarities
