As a VIP player, was sent an offer to visit the Parq and receive a $50 fuel card. I drove from the border of Mission BC to be to by staff they can not find it in their system. Told too bad, I told them too bad I wilk never step foot in this Casino again. Cost me over $50 in fuel to get here. My money will be better spent at say River Rock Casino where they treat VIP's with respect and dignity. Staff has no idea what there doing. Floor manager was useless waste of my time/life with the exception of Mr. Wynn in security, very nice man with some knowledge and very friendly. Offer me something to come here now I will never spend a dime in this place ever again.. unless they make good on their offer and send me my fuel card that I was offered. The e-mail clearly states present your encore card with government issued. I did all that was asked of me via email, however still denied.
