We made reservations online but we forgot conformation no# did not show we had a room they had 1 room available at twice the rate. Room was poorly light, night light can not be turn off.that was like super bright. No facial tissues, remote had issues. When we checked out and said we were disappointed the real lead did not ask why offer a solution. When I asked for corporate number that when she give a little sorry. They are supposed to credit us. We will see. The housekeeper was the first to say sorry.. you would have thought after hearing the couple in front us had the same problem, that they would check their website. Offer us a free meal , but the manager I spoke with seemed a little concern but I felt like she was trying to get me off the phone.
