Feces on the floor! Indifferent management.  Plus a handful of other things; Hair in bath towels. Dust above your bed and all over you night stand. Dirty refrigerator interior. Key cards not working repeatedly. Dusty ice bucket with hair in the ice bag. Stained linens being reused after requesting completely all new bedding. Sand in the shower. Used Q-tip on floor under the sink. Being ignored by assistant managers and General Manager because they know you have nowhere else to stay.   Please Read and See all PICTURES attached of all the debacles besides the human poop on the floor. I guess we'll start there because that's the nastiest thing I've ever seen in a hotel. Here we go..... If feces being left under the night stand along with odd brown stains on the duvet/blanket cover is your thing then you found the right hotel for you!  Honestly I am not sure if it was human or animal feces.   The feces on the floor caught our eyes, meaning we did not even see the pens, bottle tops, pieces of paper, a used q-tip or dust bunnies on the floor as they were covered by the duvet on a type of platform bed.   We spotted these after removing the stained linens the following morning.   I did politely request that all my linens be changed.  The sheets were changed however the comforter and the duvet are the same, having the same brown stains on them.   I had actually placed all the linens on the floor to help separate everything for the people who would be changing the linens, so blankets that potentially sat on a dirty floor were used as “clean” linens. Again, you can see pictures attached of this too.   A picture is worth 1000 words and Management has chosen to just ignore our complaints/issues, as I guess they knew all hotels were booked up those three days and what else we were going to do?  Why bother calling us back? I’m sure they will respond to this complaint at some point with a pre-written apology instead of reaching out via phone call.
