I registered online. When I got there. I stood up at the hotel front desk. And waited for 30 minutes. Got annoyed. Walked around for about 15 minutes looking for someone. Found an older lady that worked there. She was very rude. Said "oh she will be with you just one minute. She just left the front desk. "I tried to ask her something she said "okay bye. "Walked off. The lady at the desk was also rude. By the time I got my room keys and everything it was an hour later. They also had random cinderblocks and pallets in serval parking spots. Then they have security guys riding on bikes on the sidewalk(maybe just by my room). Almost got hit. No apologies or anything. Got to the room. Floor, tub, bathroom was filthy, there was brown syrup stuff on the TV stand and on the aide and the TV remotes were dead. On Google, it looks really nice. But in person not so much.
