We have stayed in several Holiday Inn’s and for the most part it was good. The breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. Our toilet was not flushing the right way the whole time we were there. We had to call the front desk to come and fix it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order so everyone had to go to the other floors to get ice. Also my pillow had a awful smell to them, at first I didn’t smell anything and then woke up in the middle of the night with a awful smell coming from the pillows. The location was great for all the entertainment that was on main. The pool was good and clean as well. The low rating is for the toilet and that inconvenience of having to go to the pool area restroom to go to the bathroom.
