The hotel, casino and room were very nice until we we're awoken at almost 1:00 in the morning by music blaring, and by people yelling and screaming. We were located on the 17th floor and this was coming from a few doors down from us. Security showed up and had to pound and yell over the noise but unfortunately that did not stop. We waited another 20 minutes and called again. This time the clerk suggested moving us...really? We we're unpacked, it was late and we we're tired. She said she would call security again. They once again showed up and moments after they left someone came and pounded on our door repeatedly and left. Frankly we we're scared and got little sleep that night. We definitely did not feel safe and told security when we checked out that someone must have told these people that we were the ones to complain. I don't know for sure, but the message was clear that it was easier to move us then address the problem. I left a message as well for the manager and no response. Doubtful we will return, at least to stay, otherwise what was a wonderful time was certainly tarnished.
