Upon getting to the hotel it was 2 hours after check in time started. I was told that I would only have to wait 30 minutes until my room was ready which was fine except I wait for almost an hour for my room to be done. At check-in, I was informed that I had $20 for the breakfast buffet. When I go to check out the breakfast was charged to my debit card. I was able to get that fixed.
When it comes to going to the casino, my fiancé and I both decided to get players cards. He got his first and the lady told us if we played $2 on the slot and took our card out and followed the instructions we would have $15 free play. I did exactly what she told me to do and did not get my free play. Along with that, I realized when trying to redeem my free play that the lady gave my fiancé a card with his name on it and then turned around and deactivated the card she just gave him and gave me an active card with his name instead of mine! While he was waiting to get a table, he asked the waitress for a drink. She told him that he had to be playing in order to get a drink. Most places you go you can get a drink if you are just waiting for a spot at the table. Also, wait staff is few and far between. I was playing slots and was in the same place for 2 hours and 10 minutes before I went to leave I FINALLY saw a waitress in order to get a drink. Definitely not the experience we were looking for.
