Great service. I rented an insulation vacuum from them for a week. On the 3rd day of the rental the rewind on the machine broke and I notified them. They stopped the rental clock and started working on a solution immediately. They were able to get a replacement machine and I was back on the project in 2 days. They extended my rental and I was able to finish my project. Things can happen with even the best maintained equipment and when it does the service makes all the difference. Rick, Bill and the staff were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again.
