I give it very high rating. First, their reception is excellent. Very polite and details. Only imperfection at reception, thus, maybe they are too detailed. The area is very clean all the way up to your room. Room floors, very quiet. Room, spacious, tidy and clean. TV very big, in room sound system comes with also two B & O speakers one in sitting room and one ine bedroom. Bathroom utilities are all well supplied. Staff all friendly. Love to stay and would return. Btw, this is our third stay with this hotel. Excellent. The star short, is our token to encourage their even better service. Thank you to Wynn Palace.
