I liked the M Resort Spa and Casino. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because they didn't clean the room well enough to warrant a 5. They have marble floors, sinks and trim around the tub but never washed the floors or wiped off the counter areas well...if at all. I don't know what it was on my bathroom floor (water spot or whatever) by the toilet but,it was there when I got into the room and on the last day of my stay. I used the tub to relax and soak. I let them clean my room on day two...there was dirt still on the tub after it was "cleaned" Everything else about the hotel was great. The restaurants, the food, the bar service by the pool...all great. Just not the cleaning of my room.
