I usually love Panera Bread, however, this particular Panera can’t seem to ever get my order correct. I normally order online because I like to customize my food. When I go to pick my order up though, the customizations are never there. They are not hard customizations either. It’s adding some cilantro to my sandwich or substituting spinach for lettuce. But every time I pick up my food, it is never right. Every other Panera I have visited (I frequently eat Panera) has no problem getting my order correct- customizations and all. I have avoided going to this particular Panera though.
