The staff is knowledgeable but turnover is high, staff is underpaid and there is a lot of burn out. The slots are always updated and fun, the tables are great, usually with 6 to 8 tables on slow nights and up to 16 tables plus a separate poker room 3 nights a week. Be careful with the hotel, which can get overbooked and poorly cleaned due to staffing cuts. The 1991 kitchen serves good food and plums is the local 24/7 go to for great sandwiches and pizza. The B3 burger bar has a wonderful selection both bottled and on tap but be careful of the fried food because the kitchen is understaffed. Great concerts and venues are held in the convention center but this can also lead to over-booking in the hotel.
