They down graded me from Legend to Hall of fame. Evidentially they don't make much money there to do something this stupid. Big deal 10 cents off of gas. The pay out is awful. And the guy will give the same response as he does everyone else. Blah blah we pay out according to such and such. Get real. This is a joke! I was going every weekend. Went today left in 30 minutes could see no payout. I love eating at the Hard Rock Cafe only at the bar. Since the servers at the tables take forever. The burgers and margaritas are great there. Then ordered a Pepsi off of one of the servers. She came back around had my Pepsi on her tray and started arguing with me that is wasn't mine. Well she was going to give it to me than I refused and went to bar to get one. I really didn't need to argue over a damn Pepsi. Not going back. We spent at least $100 each weekend eating at Hard Rock Cafe. And I guess you get more free play at the other casino's. Worth checking out after all Jacks is only 15 minutes further.
