(Accidentally submitted an unfinished review earlier) Nice casino. While I’ve been frustrated at times and had plenty of nights where I’ve not won, I’ve also had several nights where we either won enough to keep playing for hours and had a really fun time, and sometimes we even leave a little ahead. And the less frequent but most exciting- a few times we’ve left quite a bit ahead of what we came to play with :D I’d give 5 stars except for the lack of ticket redemption kiosks. It seems like any time I want to cash a ticket or break a bill, there’s only a couple of these kiosks around and on Friday/Saturday nights, usually a long line when I’m itching to get back to playing. Also, this isn’t a complaint but more of a feedback- it would be really nice if there were some “faster” food options. Like a small food court type area, or even hot dog and beer carts on the busier nights. It’d be swell if I could grab a quicker and cheaper bite on those nights we’re having fun and don’t really want to leave a hot machine. Otherwise the employees have always been very friendly and professional, the casino is clean, and the few different bars and restaurants are nice. (Side note to other players- you CAN tip the floor people if you win big. You definitely don’t HAVE to. And by all means, if you’ve spent a lot and win a jackpot just a little over what you’re down, that’s another thing. But plenty of times I’ve seen folks get HUGE jackpots but I’ve never seen anyone tip. Spread some of that joy around. It all comes around one way or another :)
