On the positive side, it is a beautiful casino. The staff have ZERO customer service skills. On a busy day, we had to wait over 45 minutes in their Crave Deli to get a sandwich. They refused to compensate a bowl of soup while we waited. The staff basically looked as us like "too bad".
The line to go through on a busy day did not know where start an order, which added to the wait time. My husband has his MBA and is graduating with his Doctorate in Business had it figured out while we had to wait. When the top manager on duty was alerted to this, he didn't have a solution other than "Sorry".
On the positive side, their bathrooms had a close to the opening handicap stall. Very forward thinking in that department.
I would have given it no stars for their customer service. That's what makes or breaks a business.
