The rooms here are great! The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were like fluffy clouds. Bathroom was also very nice. The staff was also very nice. The reason for only 3 stars is the food options. There is no room service and the only good place to eat is Morton's. Morton's does not do lunch or breakfast. I did not try the buffet, but I did try Joe's pizza. Most of the food there was disgusting. The only thing that was decent was the regular hot dog. There are some very nice places to eat in downtown Saratoga Springs tho. Don't eat at the hotel unless you are going to eat at Morton's alot
