Casino Queen Hotel

On the first day of our arrival, my boys went to take a shower around 4 PM. When they returned they told me that there was poop in one of the showers. I went to confirm that it was actually poop, and then called the front desk to report it. I was told it would be taken care of immediately. The next morning I went back in the shower room only to find the poop was still there. This time I went to the front desk to complain. They remembered me calling, and were appalled that the poop was not gone almost 36 hours later. Now almost 2 days later the poop is still in the shower. I feel like the hotel could care less about the RV park. The grounds are well kept, but the facilities are a mess.
