Customer service, specifically the manager do not have good skills when dealing with a problem. Today I had a meal there and requested a vegetable option with my scallops instead of pasta. They accepted my request, and in place of my pasta gave me 4 pieces of broccoli. My food didn't come with the Arugula or the sauces. After waiting for them to bring it, I finally had to ask. They had no intention of bringing it, they were actually going to charge us 19 dolllars for 6 scallops and 4 pieces of broccoli with no sauces or salad with it. When we finally asked for the salad and the sauces they said they were out of the Arugula and just brought some out the bag power greens mix. They still were going to actually charge the full amount, by this time my meal was almost gone. My server with respect to her was very nice and professional, as well as gentlemen with the long hair. But whoever that manager was, he was not good at handling customers at all. Will not be back. Really looked forward to going to this place.
