Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Doing a great job of upkeep. Once I found our hallway being painted. They seem to be in the midst of a makeover as restaurant names are not as marked and some construction as well. Bar staff (everywhere) are excellent and friendly. Food is very good, we've tried most of the restaurants! Spanish not required, but can be fun and helpful to use.
Only drawback, Be prepared to say "NO!" to the gaggle of locals pawning trinkets, goods and trips. "Hola, mi amigo, good price here for..." Some more aggressive than others. Harmless, but pesky.
