Just about to leave the hotel and I can’t wait. Nothing about this hotel exceeds or even meets expectations. The staff are rude and the younger guys just stare at women all day and call them “sexy” or “baby”; there’s very few staff here who are good. It takes forever to get served at the bars unless you speak Spanish and shout across to them. The food is awful and it’s almost impossible to book into one of the restaurants but when you do they’re always empty. The internet is shockingly slow and if you want to upgrade your connection it’s $60 for 1 week! The sun loungers by the pool are always covered in bird poo and the sea is dirty and mucky, definitely not like the pictures. The entertainment at nights is horrendous apart from when they outsourced it for a Michael Jackson night and a circus night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you’re confined to the grounds and got not chance of leaving apart from on a excursion. I’ve been here two weeks and I honestly can’t wait to leave.
