Ken, the security guard, always remembers us when we come in. He greets us as if we were old friends. Like he's genuinely glad to see us. He's not the only one that's like that here though. I wish I remembered everyone's names! The lady who checks us in, she makes sure we always have a room with a view. The ladies at Starbucks remember us and exactly what we order- even when we haven't been there in months! It's amazing really, I don't know how they do it! How many people do they meet everyday, and remember?
We've never used Valet, but the valet guys were even welcoming us back! All around great place!
