This A&W location is chronically, notoriously awful. I was just inside for 20 minutes ordering one to go cup. (I would not have gone in except that the McDonalds across the street is being remodeled and I had a kid who needed to use the RR.) In that time the staff interacted with four sets of customers in the restaurant - two of which were customers that had gone through the drive thru and then been parked waiting on some of their items but finally gave up and came inside to complain, one customer waiting for a to go order also complaining she had been there a long time, and a couple that ordered well after me and were patiently waiting for their food when I left. (Who had to politely complain to get the change they were owed from their transaction...) There were upwards of six employees in the store and yet there were chronic problems. I was only given a credit card receipt and not a location receipt. I'm wondering if that's so I would not have the number to call and complain. I have lived in this immediate neighborhood for 12 years and its been at least five since I've had a pleasant interaction at this A&W. Shame they spent so much money remodeling the store when the service and attitudes inside are awful.
