Nightmare. I'm hosted with my family and paid for 4 people in the room. Everyday I need to call guest services and ask them for two extra towels.
Second night, someone came up in my room and said that they need to fix the lock. Two times.
The day after, my keys stopped to work. I've called the guest services and they send me three new keys, not four. So, I had to go to the check-in desk to get the other key.
Someone left a opened soda can in my bathroom. I called to guest services again and asked them to check if there is something missing in the minibar. They answered no. So, I checked my online bill and... guess what? They are charging me for minibar consumption.
Today is my last night here and I'm totally disappointed with the level of service I found here. I thought that it was one of the best hotels in the strip. Upset.
