I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting such goodness here! If you're on the hunt for an old-school steakhouse with actually delicious food and wonderful service in the middle of this little desert town, Katherine's is worth the reservation. We had the oysters Rockefeller (inland oysters ... living on the edge!), Colorado lamb chops, side of asparagus with hollandaise, and bananas foster. Each was prepared perfectly (especially the chops) and was delicious. Walk in expecting quality traditional steakhouse dishes but no fancy out-of-the-box flavors, plus exceptional service to match, and you'll walk out stuffed and happy.
