Bad experience indeed, the check in was messed up with regards to the rate provided which carried a huge mismatch between the two rooms I booked; I specifically asked for no smoking rooms and ended up on the smoking floor and when I tried to call from the room to change no response; moreover; the smell of the floor was entirely smoke filled and the bed sheets were also full of this smell.
The food is not good at all and we ended up suffering from diarrhea; it was only when we complained about anything that they try to make it better but that is not happening as expected in any 5 star hotel by default.
The swimming pool was repulsive to my children due to the extreme amount of bugs.
House keeping was below average and I had to ask for many things which again wasn't by default present.
I don't suggest this hotel unless u are obliged to stay in it.
One last note; we wrote a feedback to five people in the hotel and no response whatever and this can only reflect the poor management and customer service you would face if you check in this hotel.
