Very disappointed with this hotel. First night we found a pair of men's underwear in our bed. Went down to complain and got told it probably just got hung up in the laundry. I don't think so, bedding was never changed. Went back down to readdress the issue and was offered 4 free breakfast buffets to make up for it. They then tried charging us for it upon check out. Smell was horrible, due to people smoking marijuana in rooms around us. We notified staff about this issue also. Last morning look out over our balcony and a used condom was on the roof of the patio. Pool area was the only thing good about this location. Very disappointed since i have been there before and did not have issues.
