We stayed in the buffalo tower. The room was out dated and the walls were paper thin. The hotel front desk staff we're nice and friendly, I unfortunately can't say the same for the rewards desk or the currents restaurant host. Our server was friendly but there was obvious drama happening among the staff. The Lagoon water park was cool, nice place to relax and rest. The Kids Quest at this resort is small but mighty, there were alot of video games and activities for children to do and the staff is amazing. The Cyber Quest Arcade by the bowling alley is fun and you get the most bang for your buck and it is great for all ages. Again the Staff was amazing.
