I visited this casino just to spend some time on a Saturday afternoon during the summer. I had no problems finding the location or finding a pretty good parking space. I used the facilities and they were clean and in good working order. Even going through the security check point before entering the casino floor was a hassle-free pleasant experience. However, the problem I faced was with poorly operating casino machines. We played a few games that caught our eye and after a couple of spins on the penny slots the machine simply stopped responding right before the bonus spins. I had to find a worker to come help fix it. She slapped the side of the machine like a jukebox and told us to keep playing. After about 3 more times stopping to find the tech (unable to cash out) we changed machines. Nonetheless, we still had issues, the same issues, with another slot machine. I found a cocktail server and asked where the soda machines were. She offered to deliver us the fountain drinks during one of the slot machine repairs. She took a very long time, only brought 1 of the 2 drinks, and gave entirely too much ice for an air-conditioned venue.
