The security manager Ryan ruined what could have been a great night at this casino. Ryan the security manager targeted my boyfriend to be removed from the casino for wearing a tank top. Though we had already had dinner, drinks, and had been playing games for 3 hours. He aggressively argued that we had to leave because my boyfriend was wearing and tank top. Though, get this, I was wearing a sleeveless. Apparently my sleeveless tank top in the high bet VIP room was ok, but my boyfriend playing the less expensive tables was not. When Ryan was told in front of us by multiple employees and the customer service manger Marvin that he was in fact wrong, and we were indeed allowed to stay, he refused to acknowledge his mistake. When we attempted to talk to him, he repeatedly cut us off, would not let us speak and spoke down to us. His anger showed through the way he spoke to us and treated us. Bicycle hotel and casino must remove this bigot from employment and especially from a position of authority. All I can say is thank goodness this man Ryan is not a police officer and unable to carry a gun. He is an angry white cis gender man that uses his position to target people. I encourage Bicycle hotel and casino to contact us to right the wrong that their head of security created. Bicycle hotel should be ashamed to employee a person like Ryan.
