The buidling itself looks very dead and boring. This is one example that Sulphur Springs needs a redevopment. Maybe if they demolished that they could divide it up into a mini district simular to the midtown deveopment in westshore...I also thought if they opened the tower in the Suphur Springs area to tourists and redevelop the park around it...the area would be so much better. Making new homes isn't going to make the area better...you have to improve the area itself..Or even turn this into a mall or somthing to improve this area!! Tampa is a great place but this area has been ignored for way to long!! I think we all need to bring awarness to this recommendation to the city hall or something because nothing is being done.
