So let me explain my 5 star rating and what brought me to this. I had booked 2 rooms for a few nights on a promotion that was mailed to me - great, free rooms! A day before our trip, I had to cancel my room but my wife was still going to attend because she was meeting some family members there. I called in to the reservations desk and a kind woman by the name of Yolanda answered. Let me tell you, Yolanda provided the BEST customer service experience ever. Between cancelling one room, updating payment info and simply just taking care of us as guests, she went above and beyond. Extremely kind, patient and willing to help as best as she can. If you're lucky enough, Yolanda will answer your call and take great care of you. This is what my review is primarily based on.
The hotel itself isn't bad. I've stayed there in the past and have had an amazing time. From the food to the actual gaming selection, it was all great. Most would agree that Laughlin falls in comparison to the likes of Vegas, but that's the cool thing - slower pace, not as busy or crowded, and all in all, much more enjoyable.
