Cleanliness of the rooms has deteriorated since my last stay in Feb 2018. Dust ruffles were torn, and spots were present on mattress pads, duvet and sheets. I requested to change rooms due to the cleanliness and was met with no apology or "make it right" attitude. Front desk staff was inconsistent in customer service. While one staff member was customer-centric, others were not. When I checked out, I requested a copy of my bill and the associate wasn't able to do that until her manager arrived because it was after hours. This should be standard process, available at any time.
