The resort itself is really nice, It's got a desert oasis luxury feel, as it sits nestled in among town homes all around. The rooms were clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfy. Very soft mattress and pillows. I would probably stay here if I needed to be south of Tucson again.
However my only complaint, and it's rare for me to complain is the food staff. In the morning there is a complementary breakfast. The breakfast here consist of a few counters with the typical fresh fruit, and breads. There was also two windows where food to order was prepared. Above the two windows read a sign saying "omelets" with an arrow pointing left, and "Sweets and Meats" with an arrow pointing right. My wife and I approached the window to the left "the omelet lady" only to be greeted with a "what chew want??" No good morning, no hi... just a "What!" I already knew this was going to be a pain, and I hadn't had my coffee yet. I stepped in line for the "Sweets" to get pancakes and the people in line said that I needed to order from the "omelet Nazi" (Their words) and then pick up at the window to the left. With little to no guidance from their signs, I attempted to order from "Chichia" so she said her name was. As soon as I tried to order pancakes, I was yelled at. " jew are in the wrong line!!!!" then she raddled off in Spanish.. Something about "did he come to your window" I proceeded to the other window and got my pancakes, which were small, flat, and dry. VERY DISAPPOINTING. With that kind of price for the room, and the quality of resort itself, the food and service did NOT match the ambiance. Work on your breakfast and kitchen staff Wyndham Hotel Group LLC. Thanks.
