$4,026.89 jackpot on Carnival Horizon last week and it’s the last Carnival Cruise I’ll ever go on (after 13 times with them). The casino staff were competent, at best, but wow, the manager was downright condescending. One of their machines glitched and didn’t transfer my funds and when I alerted them to it, he gave me a tutorial on how to remove my card and second-guessed me on if we had gotten a free bottle of wine with dinner. After almost 18,000 points, I think I was familiar with removing my card and if I had drank a bottle of wine. Nevertheless, I did win a pretty good jackpot, but nothing near what we spent. Really disappointed, but we’ll be moving on. Even after everything we spent, their best offer for our next cruise is for a paid inside room! Even worse than the offer from earlier this year and I gambled far less. Still haven’t booked a URComped cruise, but that will be our next choice.
