My first time at this casino was horrible. As a small casino next to the famous Ramada hotel, I expected Diamond Casino service to be comparable to Ramada, but it was not. The "so-claimed" manager (overnight shift on July 21, 2018) gave me the rudest, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every question I asked him, he answered with: "Because I can. Because I want to." And the security guards looked so gloomy (not authoritive like many security guards). Since it was at night, the change service didn't have anyone inside the room so I thought waiting in line will do the job. When then my friend got up to change his chips, the "manager" called service to helped him. Such as ass. There was so much more details to this, but I shouldn't say it to save his face. The bartender also overcharged me for two beers (taking those charges as his tips without my consent). The cook was nice, but was slow and my fries were overdone. Anyways, I will never return to this casino or support it at all. I highly recommend other casinos because there are so many in Reno and are closeby with better and professional services.
