I wont go back. Last Frontier will blame Ilani and Portland poker for unfair competition. The real truth is Last frontier is mismanaged they are top heavy and they take advantage of their employees. One example of taking advantage of their employees is scheduling them to work under x amount of hours to eliminate paying health insurance and other benefits. The real reason a lot of dealers are staying with the small casinos are they get to keep their tips vs ilani where tips are pooled and shared. Customers are not treated fairly. Example some customers are told they have to wait 30 minutes for there match play while others are given it right away. This happend to me with a pitboss named Hank. I call it as I see it. This is why i will never go back and it wasnt because of ilani.
