While I am not a member of the “HIGH ROLLER” club, it is nice to be treated well, especially when I am spending my money, I was not looking for comps or upgrades. I was quite disappointed that they casino doesn’t offer valet parking during the week, also if you are looking for a buffet, make sure you don’t visit during the week either. I was also surprised when I asked if there was an office center I could use for a couple of minutes, there is not one available. I have enjoyed many others of Harrah’s casinos, this one was a bit of a disappointment. The room was clean and the rates were acceptable so it was not all negative, it just could have been much better
