Room Was Terrible . Friday October 19 We Can Into Our Room 322 It’s Look Nasty It Smelt Nasty . We Check The Sheets & Beds . The Beds Had Piss Stains In Both Of Them . So We Didn’t Take Actions We Looked Over It So My Grandma Goes To Make Her Some Coffee , The Coffee Pot Was Dirty As Hell Ok . So We Get In The Bed & Go To Sleep Not Only To Wake Up A 6am With 2 Bed Bugs Biting My Grandma . We Called The Front Desk They Took It Lightly & No One Came To Look At The Room So We Went Down To The Front Desk The Lady Didn’t Know Anything About What Was Going On So She Gave Us Another Room . When We Checked Out They Didn’t Care About The Bed Bugs They Told Us We Could See If We Could Get A Free Meal But We Could Get No Discount Or Anything. I Asked For Corporate Number They Said They Didn’t Know It . They Giggled & Laughed About The Situation As I Walked Off . My Stay Here Was Horrible And I Will Not BE Spending A Dime On Anything That Has To Do With Fitz .
