I'm sorry... I have to give one star, it's not meant to be mean but to hopefully be helpful... First, customer service at the restaurants and shops and activities were excellent, customer service was great. But at the hotel it's self, I experienced rudeness and un-helpfulness. I can say one thing...a man named David took his time to finally help me. No microwave in room, so a little note to let you know you can't heat any thing up. None of the lights were plugged in. We finally figured it out on our own. TV didn't work. Customer service wouldn't help in directions and made my son and I feel terrible. I am disabled and a little help goes a long way. They also leave to bottles of drinking water in the room... for a price. They leave a note explaining that they will charge your credit card for every water you drink. My husband played in the casino while my son and I stayed up in the room... EVERYTHING downstairs was expensive. I feel like, if someone in the family are playing slots then maybe some things could be a little cheaper. Like a complimentary movie even? View is beautiful from the balcony. Had lots of hair in the shower that didn't belong to us. They threaten you at the hotel. About deposit and being rushed to get out. We hope to never go back.
