I visit this Chili's for lunch quite frequently, because I am a fan of the food, and when I dine in, my experience is good. However, each time I pick up to go, I am sadly disappointed. I usually wouldn't leave a bad review, but this is my 3rd to go order that I have been unhappy with. A few weeks ago, I ordered the salmon with broccoli, and there was mold on my broccoli. I called and spoke with management, and the manager comped the salad that I ordered at my next visit. (That salad was delicious as always, it was the Caribbean Shrimp salad). But today, when I went to pick up my food, ( I arrived exactly at the time I was prompted that it would be ready), it was sitting on the counter, as I waited about 10 minutes to pay, while more orders were piled onto the counter, and my food was cold, the contents of my soup were soggy, and I ended up throwing the soup away after tasting a couple of bites. My rice had a huge chunk of dried rice in it. My grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful, but cold, and I was unable to enjoy my lunch as planned. I hope that the To Go Service improves, as I really wish to continue getting food from there, and I feel like it should be safe to order other items than salads and be able to enjoy them to the fullest, even though you are taking them to go. :(
