Casino Royale- brilliance of the seas
Our casino experience was the worst we have ever had on any cruise or on land. I signed up for the slot tournament on first sea day and made it into the top 10. They told us we are in the final round and we would play again at 2pm final sea day. The casino decided to try to sell extra tickets and started having more qualifying rounds at the time of the finals. So not only did they make us sit around and wait an additonal hour to watch the new qualifying rounds, but it ended up knocking 4 of the original finalists out of the finals. I have never had this happen at any other slot tournament. In addition to being screwed over “royally” in the slot tournament, but my husband played roulette for approx 8-10 hours total, each night they took his sail pass card but NEVER counted any of his play and he ended the trip with 0 points. This casino was also the smallest and most cramped casino we’ve been in, and not alot of slot machines. I have never had a bad casino experience until this trip.
