Rather disappointing, overall. A very nice hotel - building materials and environment are all very luxurious. Unfortunately, housekeeping did a dismal job two of three days (failed to replace towels and soaps), and arrived after 4pm on one day. We had partying neighbors one evening (very loud), but we left the room and went to the casino and did not complain. They were quiet when we returned. Our last day, we awoke to a loud family with small children - screeching, giggling, yelling. .... Not how I want to wake up on my last morning of vacation. I expect to not hear another soul from my "five-star" hotel room. We were also right by the elevators, so we heard people when they were loudly waiting for the elevators, but I suppose that's to be expected. Other than those hiccups, the room was in generally good working order, and the staff were friendly.
