Don't expect the same kind of care you would get from any of the major cruise lines that sail from the United States. The rooms on the MSC Divina were horrible. The carpet was so dirty and worn; the sheets on the bed were terribly old, and so on. The food was spotty -- some nights some of the items were very good and other nights they were really bad. One of the worst problems on the ship was that all 4 of us in our party, plus what appeared to be at least half the ship, got sick. We had a virus plus we had parasites (one major cause of parasites is contaminated food--primarily mean/fish/poulty). Needless to say we will never sail with MSC again.
