I am a loyal customer to this establishment we come to the hotel to to three times a month we’ve always had a good experience we booked a room for New Year’s Day we normally get here around 2:30 go to the spa go to the pool we get up to our room we get Dressed to get ready for the pool We get down and we cannot get to that floor went to ask the front desk they said that the pool and the Spa were closed for a special event We were never told that when we booked our room nor Where we told when we checked in it’s part of what we do here went downstairs and spoke to a manager and the manager said there’s nothing they could do I have two more rooms that are booked this month I will be canceling will no longer do recommend this place to anybody nor will I be back bad service was not expected here One star was the lowest you could write with this experience I could’ve went lower
