I won $1,194.00 dollars on December 6th 2018 and I didn't cash ticket in right then, so now I'm having a tough time getting my money. I filed a report and gave copy of my drivers licence but they say I have to wait for them to investigate it. I understand that but when I asked them how long their investigation process is " they told me they don't know" "And it's until the investigation is complete". So I guess they don't have to pay people their money unless they feel they want to pay. So I won't gamble there ever again and I recommend that other's don't either. Still waiting for my money as of 12-21-2018
