This hotel claims to be family and kid friendly but it is the complete opposite and their staff - especially their front desk staff - needs to undergo a communication seminar. When I called to ask about maybe having a microwave brought up to our room to heat up baby food, I received an answer of we don’t do that. When I asked where I can heat up the baby food I got an answer back of “I don’t care. You have to figure it out yourself.” And this wasn’t the only rude encounter with staff. When we checked in, we were already greeted with a big attitude about the name on our reservation and were sent away to figure to figure it out ourselves. I mean seriously if certain employees don’t want to work here, then find another job. There are plenty of people who would love to have your job. Overall I am just very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel to friends and family - especially the ones with families. It is not worth the trouble. If you are traveling with a family, especially kids who are under the age of 10, I would recommend finding a different hotel.
